The classification of CEE APTA, S.L. as a Special Employment Centre, enables our clients to improve their Social Responsibility indicators, and, in Spain, take advantage of the Royal Decree 364/2005 of April 8, (which substituted the Royal decree 27/2000 of January 14) in which is regulated the exceptional alternative compliance of the reserve quota of taking on directly 2% of handicapped workers in companies where there are more than 50 workers, which was set up by the Law 13/1982 on the Social Integration of Handicapped People.
